Refunds and Cancellation Policy
At The Digital Strokes (TDS), we strive to provide the best digital marketing education experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.
1. Course Enrollment Cancellation:
Students may cancel their enrollment within 7 days of course commencement. Any request made after 7 days from the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation is made within the 7-day window and approved by the management. After this period, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
3. Refund Method:
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 15–30 working days.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions:

Fees paid for online/offline classes after 7 days of commencement.

Fees paid for workshops, certification programs, or tool access.

Partial payments or installments once the course has begun.
5. Course Discontinuation:
If a student voluntarily leaves the course or is terminated due to misconduct or policy violation, no refund will be provided.
6. Program Modifications or Cancellations by TDS:
In rare cases where TDS cancels or reschedules a course, students will be offered an alternative batch, course transfer, or a full refund.
