Welcome to The Digital Strokes (TDS). By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Registration: Students must provide accurate personal and academic details during enrollment. Admission is confirmed only after successful fee payment. TDS reserves the right to reject or cancel any enrollment in case of false information or non-compliance.

2. Course Fees & Payment: All course fees must be paid in full (or as per agreed installment plan) before the commencement of the program. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except as specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Any additional charges (exams, certifications, tools, etc.) will be communicated in advance.

3. Attendance & Participation: Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 90% attendance (offline/online) to qualify for certifications and refund-based programs. Assignments, projects, and assessments must be completed within the given deadlines. Misuse of course material, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty will lead to disciplinary action.

4. Certification & Refund-Based Programs: Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course, assignments, and final assessments. Students under the 80% Fee Refund Offer must strictly meet the eligibility criteria (attendance, assignments, final project, etc.) to claim a refund.

5. Use of Website & Content: All content on the TDS website (text, graphics, videos, course materials) is the intellectual property of TDS. Students may use study materials for personal learning only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of TDS content may result in legal action.

6. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards trainers, staff, and fellow learners. Any misconduct, harassment, or violation of institute policies may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability: TDS strives to provide accurate and updated training but does not guarantee specific career outcomes or job placements. TDS is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by external factors such as technical issues, internet outages, or government regulations.

8. Modifications to Courses & Terms: TDS reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course, curriculum, or terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes in advance.

9. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow courts only.
